LP-118 UK Democracy Under Scrutiny Summary: LP-118 examines the European Court of Human Rights judgment in Bradshaw and Others v. the United Kingdom (Application no. 15653/22) concerning allegations of Russian interference in UK democratic processes and the adequacy of the UK Government's response.
